Cancellation Policy
A 50% fee will be charged in the event of canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. A fee of 100% will be charged in the event of a no-show. My late policy is 5 minutes, anything later than that may result in a rescheduling. All fees must be paid in full before allowed to book future appointments.
In the event of needing to cancel you must personally reach out to me to cancel the appointment, not confirming the appointment does not mean you canceled it.
No extra guests allowed in the treatment room.
